However, you can place a new order with the correct item and return the first order to us and request a refund.
If you want to return an order you can register it with the button below, you will also receive a return label, provided that your package is sent from the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany.
When returning discounted items, we will deduct €4.95 shipping contribution from the amount to be refunded.
